VIENNA-STYLE LAGER 5.2% ABV Rich. Nutty. Smooth. This Vienna Style Lager features a dark copper hue, thanks to the kilned Vienna malt and a touch of debittered roasted malt. SCHWARZBIER German-style Dark Lager 5.3% ABV FALL SEASONAL RELEASE Our seasonal Schwarzbier has returned to the taproom! Norske Nightfall pays tribute to Minnesota’s deep Nordic roots and the cozy calm of winter nights. This roasty, dark lager is full of rich chocolate and coffee flavor, layered atop a smooth malt backbone. A hint of toasted bread and subtle campfire warmth rounds it out, while floral and spicy German hops provide a delightfully mild finish. DOUBLE HAZY IPA 8.0% ABV Bold. Tropical. Heavyweight. Uff Da is a bigger, bolder version of our Space Wrangler Hazy IPA, packed with even more flavor and intensity. Brewed with a unique blend of both old and new-school hops, this Double IPA bursts with tropical fruit, tangerine, and vibrant candy straw flavors. Ultra-hazy and smooth, its soft mouthfeel comes from generous additions of flaked wheat and malted wheat. CHOCOLATE MILK STOUT ABV: 6.5% A roasty, chocolate-smooth stout that walks the line between bold and approachable. DOPPLEBOCK 7.5% ABV WINTER 2025/2026 SEASONAL RELEASE Forged in fire, brewed for the frost. Dan the Axe Man Doppelbock is a deep, malty tribute to strength and legend. Layered with rich caramel, toasted bread crust, and hints of dark fruit, this winter lager is brewed with traditional German malts and cold-lagered to perfection. MUNICH DUNKEL 5.4% ABV WINTER 2025/2026 SEASONAL RELEASE When the cold sets in and the lakes go still, Deep Frost emerges — a rich, malty Munich Dunkel built for Minnesota winters. Brewed in the classic European tradition, this dark lager features layered notes of toasted bread, smooth caramel, and a touch of cocoa. GOSE SPRING 2026 SEASONAL RELEASE Description coming soon of this Gose. The name is inspired from the legendary musician and Minnesotan, Prince song Raspberry Beret. With gooseberry playing a role in the ingredients it is a nod to the northern MN location, Gooseberry Falls.
